Can I use an electric roaster to keep rice warm?
If I put water in the bottom of the electric roaster then put the rice in a aluminum pan and sit it on the rack will the rice stay warm for 3 or 4 hours?
As long as the rice is covered,
You will need to check the water level from time to time.
