how do you make a gelatinous like substance to pour over a cake. It is found mostly in European style cakes.?
I have found specially in German and Swiss cakes topped with a gelatinous like substance. I have been looking for the recipe but I do not know where to look for it. Some tarts are also topped with these substance.
